Cherise Dawn Bohanon-Forbus, 21, passed away Sunday,
June 13, 1999, as a result of an automobile accident in Red River
County.
She was born December 17, 1977, in Talihina, Oklahoma,
a daughter of Willard and Mary Sue Burkett Bohanon. She was engaged to
be married to Davie Shane Forbus. She was employed at Burgerland five
years and was a Presbyterian.
Survivors include her fiance; a son, Austin Shane
Forbus; her mother and stepfather, Mary Sue and Tim Salyer of Paris,
Texas; father, Willard Bohanon of Ada, Oklahoma; two sisters, Lauren
Salyer and Wendy Bohanon; a brother, Glenn Bohanon; grandfather, John
Armentrout; a great-aunt, Lorene Allen, and numerous aunts, uncles,
cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother,
Norma Ballard; paternal grandparents, Isaac and Lula Bohanon; an
uncle, Henry Bohanon, and an aunt, Anna Bohanon.
