Virginia Lee (Siler) DeLay
Virginia Lee (Siler) DeLay, 83, of Checotah, passed away Friday, Aug. 23, 2002. She was born May 2, 1919 in Checotah to George H. and Dora Mae West. She was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family.
Survivors include four children, Mike Siler and wife Charlotte of Blanchard, Inez Robinette of Wilburton, Cathey Wood and husband Bob of Poteau and Rick and wife Peggy of Bixby; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 26, at the First Free Will Baptist Church of Blanchard with the Rev. J.R. Hall officiating.
Burial will follow at Blanchard Cemetery under the Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
