Mrs. Leon (Viola) Clouse, 55, 703 E. Thompson, died today at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel.

Burial will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born June 9, 1931, in Heavener, Okla. She was a Baptist and lived in Sapulpa 20 years.

Survivors include husband Leon; daughter Tammy Plumb of Sapulpa; parents Mr. and Mrs. Ed Wheeler of Sapulpa; brothers Willie Wheeler of Modesto, Calif., Garman of Ceres, Calif., Jimmy Wheeler of Hobbs, N. M., and J. T. Wheeler of Sapulpa; sisters Edith Calhoun of Ceres, Mattie Hicks and Marcella Harden, both of Sapulpa.

Services for Mrs. Leon (Viola) Clouse 703 E. Thompson, were today at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial was at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
