Jack Clack, 61, of Fort Smith, formerly of Spiro, died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2000, in Fort Smith. He was a member of the Blanchard Masonic Lodge No. 395 and member of the Odd Fellows Lodge of Blanchard.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Mallory Funeral Home Chapel of Spiro with burial at
New Hope Cemetery in Spiro.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley; two sons, Don of Fort Smith and Jacky of Booneville; two brothers, Rex of California and Wayne Clack; and five grandchildren, Angel, Nikki, Jimmy Dale, Shaci and J.C.
Pallbearers will be Frank Self, C.A. Vernon, Wade Pearson, William and Lonzo Lawson and Shannon Perkins.
