James Franklin Breasher, 84, of Patterson died Thursday at his home.
Mr. Breasher was a native of Huntubby [Hontubby], Okla. He lived in Patterson
for 66 years. He was a salesman for Bennett Hardware for seven years. He
belonged to Covenant Church. He was involved with The Salvation Army, the
Senior Citizens, the SOSP and the Retired Captain Patterson Police Reserves.
He is survived by his children, Gerald Breasher, Phil Breasher and Jan Dennis,
all of Patterson; foster children, Bill Brown of Modesto and Sarah Vorwerk of
San Francisco; and eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Covenant Church. Burial will be at
Patterson District Cemetery. Hillview Funeral Chapel, Patterson.
