March 30, 1958 Services Today for R. E. Greer Funeral services for Reginald E. Greer, 64, of Poteau, a farmer and resident of Poteau for 25 years, were held Tuesday at the Southside Baptist Church with the Rev. Murl Walker and the Rev. John Cromer officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery under direction of the Evans Funeral Home. Mr. Greer died in a Muskogee hospital Sunday. Survivors include his wife, Iva of the home, two daughters, Mrs. Norvel Harrison of Poteau and Mrs. Daphnee Gossett of England; three sons, J. C. of Kinta, Regean and Ronald, both of the home; and three sisters, Mrs. Reba Cheek of Oklahoma city, Mrs. Marie Ford of Waldron and Mrs. Iva Ragan of Kingman, Ariz.; an one brother Luster, of Poteau; six grandchildren.
