Harold Goins, 61, Spiro, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2003, at Fort Smith, Ark. He was born Aug. 17, 1941 at Spiro. He was the plant manager of Southland Furniture in Fort Smith and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife Mildred of the home; two sons, Acie Conrad and Bobby Conrad, both of Spiro; two daughters, Brenda Dix and Sharon Smith, both of Spiro; one sister, Ola Waters of Fort Smith; one brother, Archie Goins of Fort Smith; 11 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and loved ones; and a host of beloved friends.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 3 at Harvest Hill Assembly of God Church in Spiro with the Revs. Jackie Edwards and O.M. Wilson. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
