D.J. Doyle, 75, of Poteau, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2003. He was born Dec. 26, 1927 at Jean, Texas to John David and Corda May (Newman) Doyle. He was a member of the Canaan View Primitive Baptist Church in Poteau and was retired from Whirlpool.

He was preceded in death by his wife Theresa Doyle; his parents; and one brother, Henry Doyle.

Survivors include one sister, Mahala Clark of Poteau; one brother, Jesse Doyle of Poteau; numerous nieces, nephews, beloved family; and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 10 at the Lamb Cemetery in Waldron, Ark. with Elder Steve Jackson officiating, under the direction of Grace Manor Funeral Home of Poteau.
