Fort Smith, Ar., Marc 5 (Special) - Clarence Boyd, aged 22 years, who claims Springfield, Ohio, as his home and Leo Gardner, aged 17 years of Wall Lake, Iowa, were each fined $50 and sentenced to serve 30 days in the county jail at Poteau, Okla. yesterday for carrying concealed weapons. At the expiration of their sentences they will be turned over to the government authorities to answer a charge of breaking into the postoffice at Williams, Okla. eleven miles west of Fort Smith on the Midland Valley railway. The postoffice was robbed of $30 in cash and $7 in stamps Thursday night. The boys were arrested in a barber shop Friday. Both carried a pair of pistols.
