This family plot is on the abandoned home site of Albert P. Folsom (1866-1937). This small family cemetery is fenced in with a four foot chain-link fence and gate, surrounded by heavy underbrush, grass, and tall trees.

Rows are aligned North to South. Cemetery contains a total of nine graves arranged in four rows. All are well marked with headstones and footstones. Grave markings are on east side of stones.
