"Lazy Woman"

This is a photo of my great-great grandmother, "LAZY WOMAN" who was a full-blood Cheyenne. She is holding two of her grandchildren. Fannie Mae BULL, daughter of John and Inez MIDNIGHT BULL and Myrtle KELLEY, daughter of Sampson and Emma HUNTING WOLF-KELLEY.

LAZY WOMAN was born circa 1847 and died in Kingfisher County 28 MAR 1943 at 96 years of age. She is buried in the Kingfisher Cemetery along with her mother, HOARSE VOICE who died 15 MAR 1915.

Fannie was born 5 AUG 1920 and died 19 APR 1923. Myrtle is still living.

LAZY WOMAN was issued her 160 acre allotment in Section 11 of Park Township in Kingfisher County, along with her 2 daughters, Inez MIDNIGHT and Maud BLACK under the Act of March 3, 1891 (26 Stat. 1022).

Maude BLACK was my great-grandmother. She was married to Charley MAD BULL "REDMAN" upon her death in 1914. She died possessing all of her original allotment.
