Seventh April 1806 between Elijah Elliot and Elizabeth, his wife, and John Fegan (of Edward), both of Fauquier, for 69 pounds five shillings one undivided fourth part of a tract of land on the Western Branches of Little River belonging formerly to Edward Fegan deed.... 270 acres (except right of dower to the relict of afore mentioned Edward Fegan, dec’d.)
