 The funeral service for Cleda V. Mills, 79 year-old Enid resident will be Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 11:00AM in the Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Vernon Lee will officiate. Burial will follow at a later date. She was born April 3, 1932 in Leroy, Kansas to Kellard Quiggle and Viola Ann ( Vandevender ) Quiggle and died Saturday, January 21, 2012 in the Commons. She attended local schools in Kansas. On August 6, 1949 she married Donald Mills in Enid where the couple made their home. She worked at Oklahoma Floral as a grower and florist for nearly 40 years. She retired in 1998. She is survived by her daughters; Charlotte Kushinsky and husband Rex, twins, Lauralee Reynolds and husband Mike and Lauratte West and husband Wade, and Crystel Mills. 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Jack and John Quiggle, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Donald. Memorials may be made to the Enid SPCA through Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
