Caldwell, Kansas, June 23rd, '83—Notice is hereby given that P. N. Blackstone and George O. Sanders, my authorized agents to collect taxes due the Cherokee Nation for grazing stock on the “strip,” have located an office at Caldwell, Kansas, over the Stock Exchange Bank. All persons holding stock on said strip who wish to continue, and to hold their ranges, are respectfully requested to come forward on the expiration of their permits, pay the grazing tax and have their licenses renewed without further delay.
