Updated: 06 Sep 2009 ATCHLEY, Earl Earl Atchley, 78, 515 N. 2nd, died Sunday at St. John’s Medical Center, Tulsa.
Services will be 10:30 am Wednesday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Rev.
Mike Clark officiating.
Burial will be at South Heights
Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be Dennis NAPIER, Willis JONES, Tony Jones, Willis Joe
Jones, Melvin Berg and Bill BOWEN.
He was born April 15, 1911, in Sapulpa and lived here all his life.
Mr. Atchley was a self-employed painter and a member of Forrest Hills Baptist
Church in Sapulpa. He married Irene WORTMAN on Jan 23, 1934, in Sapulpa.
Survivors include wife Irene; son Guy Atchley of Tucson, Ariz.; daughters Jo
JONES of Oologah and Earlene Atchley of Sapulpa; five grand children and
three great-grandchildren.
The family will headquarter at the Atchley residence, 515 N. 2nd.
February 14, 1990 Funeral Services for Earl Atchley were today at Owen Funeral Chapel with the
Rev. Mike Clark officiating. Burial was at South Heights Cemetery.
Mr. Atchley, a lifelong Sapulpa resident, died Sunday at St. John’s
Hospital, Tulsa. |
