IVES, Vera of Santa Monica passed away October 11, 1998 at her home. She was born March 22, 1904 in Oklahoma Territory and was a California resident since 1914.
Sister of Viola NILAND; beloved mother of six children: Bob, Donald, Mitzi, Fidge, Thomas, and Robin Becker; her devoted son-in-law Verne BECKER and loving niece, Billyanna Niland; devoted grandmother of 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Clarence E. BROWN, 73, of San Diego, died Tuesday.
He was born in Shawnee, Okla. Mr. Brown was the retired founder of Clarence Brown Alighment. He served in the Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor R.; daughter, Paula, of CA; sister, Carolyn of Okla.; brothers, Carl and Charles of Okla.; and three grandchildren.
Services: 3p.m. tomorrow, Clairemont Mortuary, 4266 Mount Abernathy Ave., San Diego.

Born in Tulsa, OK. Survived by daughters, Denise and Pamela, along with son, Kevin. Five grandchildren. Burial at National Cemetery in Los Angeles.

PERAN, ALLEN, OWEN, WOODS, KERLEE
The Los Angeles Daily News of Mr. Peran was born 19 June 1913 in Poteau, Le Flore County, OK to Benvenuto PERANI and Mary WOODS. He died 27 November 1998 in Mission Hills, CA.
His family had moved to CA while Harvey was in high school. He was a WW2 veteran.
In 1947 He maried Mavis ALLEN. They had two children, Robert William Peran and Steven Richard Peran. In 1956 Harvey married Ruth Johnson OWEN. Ruth died in 1980.
He is survived by his two sons and three grandchildren - Natalie, Alexander and Anthony. He is also survived by his brother, George Peran of CA, and his sister, Lillie KERLEE of WA. Burial was on 2 December 1998 at Glenhaven Memorial Park.

BOHLER
Mary Nell BOHLER, born 17 April 1917 in Elmer, Jackson Co., OK. She died 25 November 1998 in San Diego, CA. She was survived by her spouse, Robert A. Bohler, and two sons, Robert A. Bohler, Jr. and John Bohler. She had three grandchildren.
Arrangements by Greenwood Mortuary in San Diego.

Services for Gertrude T. McCLAIN, 89, will be 19 August 1999 at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary in Riverside.
She died 14 August 1999 at Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. McCLAIN was born in Boswell, Okla.
Survivors include four daughters, Lula EBERLEIN , Ellen PIERCE , Berttie BLAKELY and Jannie JONES all of CA.; 23 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mabel WRIGHT and Val KENNELL, of CA.

MORRISON
Graveside services for Gladys MORRISON, 86, will be 20 August 1999 at Montecito Memorial Park in Colton.
She died 15 August 1999 at Mount Rubidoux Convalescent Hospital. Montecito Mortuary in Loma Linda is handling arrangements.
Mrs. MORRISON who was born in Bartlesville, Okla.
Survivors include a daughter, Renee SHOEMAKER of CA; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren

Jewell "Jor" Dean BUNCH was born November 29, 1922 in Guymon, OK. His family moved to Los Angeles when he was one year old. In 1949 he married Jean CAMPBELL. They had two children: Sandra Jo and Steven Dean. He died September 18, 1999 at his home in Agoura Hills, CA.

Services for Glennie M. BARNES, 90, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Ingold Chapel Funeral Home in Fontana. She died Saturday of heart disease at her Moreno Valley home.
Interment will be in Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside.
Mrs. Barnes, who was born in Shawnee, Okla., lived in Moreno Valley four years. She previously lived in Fontana 35 years. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Gerald DOYLE of Perris and Ferdie BARNES of Kern County; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul WINNETT of Santa Cruz; and a sister, Jackie

Ruth Lucille DIXON

Ruth Lucille Dixon, 78, of Chula Vista died Nov. 17. She was born in Oklahoma. Mrs. Dixon was retired after working for 30 years as an elementary school teacher and had once been named Teacher of the Year in the San Diego Unified School District.
Survivors include her daughter, Chris DIXON; son, Tim DIXON; and brother, George McCLELLAN.
