" Jim Elliott was in the military from roughly 1957through
1961 and served in Germany. he was a man of service in more ways
than one. He was also hard working farmer in the region working
with animals & crops for most of his years, a Mason High School
graduate & father to five children. He was a strong presence
and helped enormously with the clean up project to his younger brother's
residence on Cherokee Dr. in Mason after the 1974 tornado came through."
