By your request I enclose the letter from CHas. W. Schwartz & Son Lebanon Ohio who have complied with your request.
I have examined the Ohio Roster of Enlisted Men and ther Records of Co E 79th OVI. The enlistment reads the name of George Eagle which is correct. I am at a loss to know how the W. was inserted but I think I had at that time George Washington on my mind.
