Military Bounty Land Warrant No. 1911 issued to Elisha King, a Lieutenant for three years to the United States, in the Virginia Line on Continental Establishment.
Patent granted unto William Todd and Robert Todd assigness of Robert Parker who was assignee of the said Elisha King on 7 Feb 1799 for a certain tract of land containing one thousand and eighty acres, situate between the little Miami and Sciota Rivers, north-west of the River Ohio, as by survey bearing date the twelfth day of April in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety two and bounded and described as follows, to wit, Surveyed for Elisha King one thousand and eighty acres of land on part of a military warrant number one thousand nine hundred and eleven in favor of the said Elisha King (the whole thereof being for two thousand six hundred sixty six and two thirds acres) on the Little Miami, Beginning at a sugar tree and lynn upper corner to said King’s survey number one thousand five hundred and forty seven thence up the River South eighty three degrees East eighty poles, north forty seven degrees east one hundred poles, north sixty five degrees east forty poles, south seventy six degrees east one hundred and forty poles, north eighty five degrees east sixty eight poles to a sugar-tree and lynn, lower corner to William McGuires survey number five hundred and twenty, thence with his line passing his corner south four degrees west four hundred and seventy three poles to a white oak, thence west three hundred and fifty five poles, to a large forked white oak, hickory and ash, thence north four hundred twenty five poles passing the upper back corner of said King’s survey & with his line to the beginning.

Patent granted unto Alexander Hamilton assignee of Elisha King assignee of the said James Hamilton on 10 Mar 1804 for a certain tract of land containing one thousand three hundred thirty three & one third acres, situate between the little Miami and Sciota Rivers, north-west of the River Ohio, as by survey bearing date the twelfth day of April in the year one thousand seven hundred and ninety two and bounded and described as follows, to wit, Survey of one thousand three hundred thirty three and one third acres of land on part of a military warrant No. 687 in favor of the said James Hamilton (the whole thereof being for two thousand six hundred sixty six and two thirds acres) on the Little Miami, Beginning at two white walnuts upper corner to said Kings Survey No. 1548 opposite to a small Islands, thence up the river N 74 E 64 poles, N 55 E 20 poles, N 70 E 70 poles, N 40 E 24 poles, N 3 E 90 poles, N 45 W 140 poles, N 73 E 120 poles, N 80 E 72 poles, N 67 E 30 poles, east sixty six poles, N 65 E 44 poles, S 60 E 146 poles, east sixty four poles to a sugar tree and lynn, lower corner to said Kings former Survey No. 1546, thence with said line South three hundred and seventy six poles to a white oak in said line, thence S 68 W 363 poles to a white oak, thence N 45 W 340 poles with the line of said Kings Survey No. 1548, to the beginning.

Labeled as Survey #3791 on the 1867 wall map and on page 944 of Beers History of Warren County
which says,
". . . In the summer of 1802, Francis [Eltzroth] moved with his family to what is now Hamilton Township, Warren Co., where he purchased the whole of Military Survey 3,791, upon which he resided until his death. . . ."
David Morgan Bounty Land Warrant 1289 assigned to William Lytle patented 24 Sep 1805
granted unto William Lytle assignee of Jacob Broadwell, assignee of Peter Smith, assignee of the said David Morgan a certain tract of land, containing Two Hundred acres situate between the little Miami and Sciota Rivers, north-west of the River Ohio, as by survey, bearing date the Fifteenth day of March in the year one thousand eight hundred and four and bounded and described as follows, To Wit, Survey of two hundred acres of land for a Military Warrant No. 1289 in favor of the said David Morgan for a like quantity, on the waters of OBannon Creek Beginning at three hickories, north corner to Taylor, Lytle & Underwood Survey No. 3790 running with their line S 45 E 200 poles crossing a branch to a hickory and white oak in said line line, thence N 45 E 160 poles to a white oak, corner to John Taylor’s Survey No. 3793, thence N 45 W 200 poles to two hickories, thence S 45 W 160 poles to the beginning.
