The local post of the American Legion, which was started last week, has been named for the late Ralph E. Snook, Co. F, 147th Infantry and henceforth will be known as Ralph E. Snook Post No. 186. A Charter has been awarded the local post and now it is the desire of those in charge to enroll every ex-service man in the county as a member of this organization. Two hundred members by November 1st, that is their aim. To date the following ex-servicemen have enrolled: Lieut. Kemper, who is assisting in the organization of the Post is trying to establish a regular post here and he wants every ex-service man in it. Apply for enrollment at the Book Shop.
