Hello! from Your Summit County Coordinator

My name is Mary Ann Hetrick. I am the person responsible for Summit County. If you have any problems with the links on this page feel free to let me know.

Please Note:I am re-working this whole site, some of your bookmarks will no longer be working. I apologize for any inconvenience.

If you would like to help we do need volunteers to do look ups, and to transcribe the census rolls for Summit County. This will be through the USGenWeb Census Project.

We also have a photo album of historical buildings and people. If you have any old pictures you would like to see in this project, or if you have any ideas as to what you would like to see on the page, feel free to email me.

I will not be available for lookups in Summit County. I no longer live in Ohio, and do not have access to records beyond what I have added here. I will try to find time to transcribe records that I do find and add them to these pages.

Enjoy your visit to the Summit County OHGenWeb project. This is a proud part of the USGenWeb and OHGenWeb projects. -- Mary Ann Hetrick
