I am searching for the family of Pauline REIN who lived in Tiffin in the late 1800's and early 1900's. She married Gordon BILLINGS in 1917 and died in 1919 or 1920. She is buried in Tiffin. Her parents lived in Tiffin when she died. I would like any information and to be in contact with any family members who know of her. I have the trunk that belonged to her husband and it contains information about her.

I'm looking for information on the Jonathan Kemp family. I think his wife's name was Susan or Susanna. He moved his family to Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio sometime after April 1822. He died Nov 20, 1868. I am a descendant of his son Charles Nicholas Kemp. He was born January 20, 1846 in Tiffin. Any help with this family is greatly appreciated. Sandy [email protected]

PETTINGELL/HARRISON Philip A. HARRISON settled in Reed, Seneca Co., OH during mid 1840's. His father, James HARRISON died in Seneca Co. in 1878. Philip married Sarah BENNETT 4 Feb 1844 in Seneca Co. Son Bennett I., b. 1844. Seven other children born in Newaygo Co. Would like to find additional information on this family. Father, James was married to Elizabeth ENNIS of New Jersey. She died in 1848, possibly in Seneca Co. Sarah BENNETT died in Newaygo County 23 Oct. 1865. Following the death of Sarah, Philip married Emily PETTINGELL.

Morgan was married on 2/19/1834 to Ruth Lapham, born 1/28/1816 (or 12/29/1815) in Scipio Township, Cayuga County,� New York, the daughter of Joseph Lapham, Sr. (b. 1787 Massachusetts) and Levina R. Howland (b. 1789 Massachusetts)� Ruth died 5/25/1838 (age 22) in Republic, Seneca County, Ohio and buried at Farewell Retreat, Republic, Ohio. HARRISON, BENNETT, PETTINGILL Philip A. Harrison came to Reed, Seneca Co in early 1840's. He married Sarah Bennett 4 Feb. 1844 (daugher of Issac and Sally(Cassidy) Bennett). Phillip and Sarah had eight children. They lived in Seneca Co. until 1850. Philip owned 80 acres and was a farmer. Philip's father, James, died in Seneca County in 1878. When Sarah died, Philip married Emily Pettingill of Mecosta County. Would appreciate any information someone might have on these families

A cemetery monument for "Amalie Walter, wife of John Walter, d. 4-26-1867, age 32 years" is located in the SE corner of Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Jackson Twp. Amalie was first wife of my ggrandfather. Does anyone know her maiden name or origins, please? She appears on Zion Lutheran Church records on microfilm as sponsor for Baptism of Auguste Amalie, dau of William Kassing and Elizabeth (Brum). No other record of her has been found. Jack Walter

I am searching for photographs or portrait of my great-great grandfather and his wife. Samuel Mundwiler, born 21 Aug 1821 in Franklin Township, Adams, Pennsylvania; he died Jun 1908; he married Sarah Ann Ruse 07 Aug 1859, Seneca, Ohio. His father was Johann Jacob Mundwiler. His son, Jonathan Franklin Mundwiler, married Minnie Ellen Moser. They resided in Eden Township, Seneca County, Ohio. I have photographs of Minnie but none of Jonathan Franklin Mundwiler nor of his mother and father. My email address is [email protected].

My great,great grandmother, Susan Henrietta Beard, was born 19AUG1842 at Attica, Seneca Co., OH. She had a brother , John Beard and Susan married Joshua Cornelius Blackwell, 14Oct1861 at Tiffin, OH. They later moved to Bloomington, IL. and Susan died in Bloomington in December of 1926. Does anyone have any information on the parents of Susan H. Beard?
