Seeking any information on Martin SHIVELY, b: about 1801 in PA, married Susannah (b: 1806 last name unknown). Martin SHIVELY was listed in Mifflin Twnshp, Richland County in the 1830 and in Petersburg (town of) in the 1840 census. He also appears on the 1833 tax list (2 cows) for Mifflin Township. Martin Shively moved his family to Delaware County, Indiana by 1850. Other Shively's in Richland County when Martin was there include: Daniel, Benjamin, Phillip, John, and Samuel. I believe that Benjamin was Martin's brother, Benjamin probably moved to Sandusky Co, Scott Twnshp before the 1840 Ohio census. Does anybody have any information on Martin or Benjamin Shively?
