The Last Will & Testament of Peter Wentz

In the name of the benevolent Father,  I Peter Wentz of the Village of Lexington, county of Richland and State of Ohio being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to wit,

First:  all my Just debts and funeral expenses shall be first fully Paid.

Second:  I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal to my beloved wife,  Hannah Wentz,  to have and to hold to her,  my said wife and to her heirs and assigns forever.

Third:  after the death of my said wife,  and all her Just debts and funeral expenses have been Paid,  I devise and bequeath the remainder to my beloved children (or their respective heirs)  Louis Wentz,  Philip Wentz, and my daughter,  Catharine Dickson,  to be equally divided between them or their heirs.

Fourth:  I nominate and appoint my Said wife Hannah Wentz to be the executor of this my last will and testament without bond hereby evoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 21st day of July 1900.
