WIFE GETS TOWN PROPERTY AND SON IS GIVEN FARM, TO BE SOLD AT FORMER'S DEATH

By the terms of the will of the late A.M. Lockheart, whose death occurred in Bellville several weeks ago, his property here and his household goods are given to his wife, Luella Lockheart, while his son, Aaron, gets the farming implements.  Mother and son are to equally share the profits of the farm of 157 acres in Jefferson township.

The will provides that the son, who is named executor, shall sell the farm after the death of his mother.  Out of the proceeds he is instructed to pay to Sarah Lockheart, widow of his brother, Fred Lockheart, $500.  The remainder of the property is to be divided equally among the children, Aaron L., Mary Kochheiser, and Martha Lockheart.  The residue of the personal property is to be given to the widow.  The will is dated November 26, 1919.
