In the case of the State of Ohio against John Hiltibiddle, Jr., aged thirteen years and nine months, charged with committing a rape on Emily Simmons, aged eight years, on July 4th., which was tried before A.J. Endly, Justice of the Peace, on Monday, July 22d., after hearing the evidence in the case and the able counsel for plaintiff and defendant, said Justice held the defendant under bond of $200 for his appearance at the next term of the Common Pleas Court of Richland County.  McBride & Moorehouse attorneys for plaintiff, and Fink and  Geddes, attorneys for defendant.
