An infant child a few hours old, was found in a basket in front of Mr. and Mrs. Rieman's residence, outside the fence, on East Diamond Street, between 12 and 1 o'clock, by Milton Sheffler, who was attracted to it by hearing its cries. It was taken charge of by policeman Snyder and next morning given to a German woman on Second Street, to take care of until its paternity is known. It is a boy.
