The last will of John R. McDaniel who died March 20 at his home in Worthington Twp. has been filed in probate court.  Mr. McDaniel, after giving a bureau to his son, John R. McDaniel, and to his son, Samuel his grandmother's rocking chair, all the other property is willed to the wife, Joanna McDaniel for a term of 10 years.  The property consists of 80 acres of land and personal property. 

Mr. McDaniel appoints his wife and N.M. Wolfe executors of the will.  At the death of the wife the property goes to the 7 children.
