Heinz Wilkens in Butler, Ohio taken in the mid 1930s. He also went by his middle name, George and shuttled back and for the between Ohio and Chicago during the depression. I have a post card addressed to him from that period to Route 1, Butler , Ohio. He later moved to Buffalo, NY and lived the remainder of his life in that area. He would have been 35 or 36 at the time of this photo.

The picture has “My horses” in German written on the back.
