Non-Paying Stockholders of the Atlantic & Great Western Railroad Company, 1865

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Shares of Capital Stock of The Atlantic & Great Western Railroad Company, heretofore subscribed by persons residing in the county of Richland and State of Ohio, who have wholly or partially refused or failed to pay the installments due on said Stock subscriptions, by order of the Board of Directors of said Company, made by a resolution passed at the stated quarterly meeting of said Board, on the 4th. day of April, 1865, will in pursuance of said resolution, for the purpose of paying the installments due on said subscriptions of stock, with the interest and penalty thereon, be sold at public auction, at the principal office of the said Company, in Kent, Portage County, Ohio, on the 23th. [sic] day of June, A.D. 1865.
