The people of Weller Township and vicinity will welcome the returned soldiers, and celebrate the Fourth in Stevenson's Grove.

President of the Day -- Ezra Osbun
Vice Presidents -- Wm. Hagarman, Dr. Crabbs, Christian Ward, S. Ferguson, S. Stevenson, W.H. Oswalt

Chief Marshal -- Capt. J. Brown

The procession will form promptly at 9 o'clock as follows:

3rd. ... Soldiers of the War for the Union

4th. ... Ministers present

5th. ... Franklin Sabbath School

6th. ... Olivesburg Sabbath School

7th. ... Milton School

8th. ... Citizens

Although the name of Weller heads this announcement, the invitation is not bounded by township limits;  but all who feel free to come, especially soldiers, are respectfully invited to join in the social festivities of the occasion.
