SHELBY -- Mrs. Noah Ailer, formerly a resident of this place, died of heart disease at Atwood, Ind., on the 16th., aged 31 years, 11 months and 16 days.  Mrs. Hayes, mother of Lewis and Charles Hayes, died on last Tuesday in her 85th. year.
