A.D. EDWARDS, a merchant tailor and cutter, who, at different periods, resided in Wooster, Akron, Dayton and other cities, but who, for the past few years, has made his home in this city, died of consumption at the Wiler House on Wednesday afternoon of last week.  The funeral occurred on Thursday last at 3 p.m., Rev. D.W. Smith officiating.  He was once married, but obtained a divorce from his wife, who again married.  Two children, the fruits of that union, were placed in the care of friends at a distance, and consequently were not with their father in his last illness, nor, indeed, was any relative present at the death-bed.
