Funeral services were held for the late E.L. Rollins, aged 69 years, Tuesday, at 1 p.m. from the Bellville Methodist Church.  Interment was made in Shauck's Cemetery, Knox County.

Mr. Rollins had been a resident of Bellville for the past seven months, having previously lived in Woodbury and Newark.  He was a member of the Methodist Church during his lifetime.

Death came to Mr. Rollins last Sunday morning following an operation in the Grant Hospital of Columbus.

The survivors are, the wife, Mrs. Sadie Rollins, North Main Street;  a son, Lewis Rollins of Johnsville, and two daughters, Mrs. T.B. Dye of Ben's Run, W. Va., and Mrs. Clara Marlowe of Chicago.

Pallbearers for the funeral were:  T.J. Baker, Branford May, E.B. Groff and Monroe Tinkey, all of Bellville.
