Allen W. Lawrence was found dead in his bed at Kase's boarding house on South Main Street at 9 o'clock yesterday morning.  Lawrence did not rise at his accustomed time Sunday morning and Robert Kase, his landlord, went to his room and found him wrapped in eternal sleep.  Lawrence had been ailing for some time and his physician had been treating him for heart trouble.  Coroner Maglott was notified and after a consultation with Lawrence's physician, Dr. S.F. Ecki, he decided that his death resulted from natural causes and no inquest is thought to be necessary.

The deceased was about 64 years of age, was a plasterer by occupation and had been a resident of this city for 25 years, and was a boarder at Kase's for about 7 years.  He has a brother at Littleton, Pa., and a daughter of Chambersburg, Pa., neither of whom will be present at the funeral services which will be held at 5 p.m. today, Rev. Duston Kemble officiating.
