Tuesday -- John Oswalt died at 10 a.m. Monday at his home on Park Avenue East of typhoid fever, aged 55 years.  He leaves a wife and three children:  Clyde, Charles and Mrs. Estella Taylor.  Short services at residence at 7:30 a.m. tomorrow conducted by Dr. H.L. Wiles.  Interment at St. John's Cemetery near Newville.
