DIES AT AGE 53 -- John S. Kinton was Native of Richland County John S. Kinton, 53, a former resident of Mansfield, died Sunday morning at the home of his brother, Harry, near Lucas. He was a native of Richland county, having been born at Hastings, Monroe township. He had made his home with his brother for the past year and a half. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy, three sons, Robert, Douglas and Richard, of Mansfield; two brothers, Harry of Lucas and Reed of Rock Island, Ill, and two sisters, Mary Kinton of Lucas and Grace Kinton of Mr. Vernon, N.Y. Funeral services will be held from the Geiger funeral home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with Rev. M. A. Eakin officiating. Burial will be in Monroe township cemetery.

** Note:  Sharon has written us to say that the deceased's name was actually John Francis Kinton, husband of Dorothea Etzwiler.
