Nicholas Hines of Shelby died last night. Mr. Hines was one of the pall bearers at the funeral of George Boenau of Shelby on Monday and while removing the remains from the church to the hearse, he was seized with apoplexy, which caused his death. He was about 75 years old and one of the well known citizens of Shelby.
