DIED -- Mrs. Mary Kerr of Jackson Twp., November 19, 1869, in the 82d. eyar of her age.

She was born in Washington County, Pa.  When seventeen years old, she united with the Bethel Presbyterian Church, then under the pastoral care of Rev. Wood.  She emigrated to this country with her husband in 1821, and settled on the farm, where he died some thirty years ago, and where she was permitted to be gathered unto her fathers -- the farm of Mr. Thomas Dunlap.  She was one of the original members of the Bloominggrove church at Rome.  Many of her Christian friends of that church showed their esteem for her by following this mother in Isarel to the grave last Sabbath.  From 1830, she was a consistent member of the Shelby Presbyterian church.
