Harry Edison Kinton, 83, employee of the Edwin Ayers dairy farm near Perrysville, yesterday at Samaritan Hospital, Ashland.   Survivors: Two sisters, Miss Mary of Mansfield and Miss Grace of East Chester, N.Y.  Services: 1:30 p.m. Saturday from the Byerly Funeral Home, Lucas, the Rev. Richard Faust officiating. Burial in Monroe Cemetery, near Hastings, O. Friends call anytime at the funeral home.
