EXECUTORS NOTICE -- NOTICE is hereby given
that the undersigned have been appointed as Executor of the estate of
George Tyson, deceased, late of Plymouth Township, Richland County,
Ohio. All persons indebted to said estate are requested to make
immediate payment to us, and all persons having claims against said
estate are requested to present them within one year duly authenticated

Leiter, Mr. Jacob H. Hershiser, to Miss Harriet Bucher. MARRIED, On the 23th. ult. by the Rev. S.B. Leiter, Mr. Isaac Urich, to Miss Sarah Shofner. DIED -- In the vicinity of Mansfield, on the 24th. ult., of Typhus Congestive Fever, Maria Eugenia Rowland, daughter of the Rev. James Rowland, aged 19 years and 4 months. In her natural disposition she was retiring, unobtrusive, mild, and benignant. As a child she was very affectionate and dutiful, and as a sister attentive and kind. Early instructed in the doctrines of salvation, and her mind early imbued with religious truths, and possessing a very meek, gentle, and amiable disposition, it was difficult to distinguish what God had done for her by grace, from what He had done for her by nature. She has gone to the "house appointed for all living" her soul is receiving its reward, and her friends "mourn, not without hope". SHERIFF'S SALE -- Property of Michael B.
