02 January 1915, Vol. 62, No. 7

Ernie Davis and Miss Helen Butler, all of this city, were united in marriage by the Rev. Chas. Mott, Christmas Eve [1914]. 

A marriage license was issued in the Richland County probate court last week to Anthony Fidler, of Plymouth, and Miss Margaret L. Geary, of Shiloh, Rev. C.F. Mott, of this city, being designated as officiating clergyman.

10 April 1915, Vol. 62, No. 20

A marriage license was issued in the Richland County Probate Court, Wednesday afternoon, to Milton J. Lynch and Lottie V. Kephart, both of Plymouth.

01 May 1915, Vol. 62, No. 23

A marriage license was issued in the Richland County Probate Court, Monday, to John E. Huntsman of Sharon Township, and Miss Wil-a D. Pettit.

19 June 1915, Vol. 62, No. 30

An event of unusual interest to their friends everywhere was the marriage on Monday afternoon, June 14th., of Ida, only daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Sol. Spear, to Mr. John S. Fleming, member of the old and worthy allied families of Sherman and Fleming.  [a longer story regarding this marriage appears in the paper]

03 July 1915, Vol. 62, No. 32

R.O. Keller and Miss Bess Zeidler, while in Mansfield Tuesday attending the Ringling Bros. circus, concluded to end their singleness and quietly visited the probate court office and after securing the necessary documents proceeded to the residence of Dr. S.P. Long where they were joined in the holy bonds of matrimony.  The happy couple departed later in the day for Columbus where they will spend several days among relatives, after which they will return to Plymouth, their future home.  Both are well known Plymouth young people, with a wide circle of friends, all of whom together with the Advertiser extend hearty congratulations.

24 July 1915, Vol. 62, No. 35

Daniel Solinger, whose former place of residence was Crestline, but for some time past has been employed at the Root-Heath plant in this city, and Miss Odessa E. Pagel, of Mansfield, and who has spent much of her time here, were united in marriage by the Rev. I.K. Umbarger at Shelby, Monday.  The happy young people returned to this place in the evening, stopping at the home of the bride's sister, Mr. & Mrs. Harry Hale, where a number of their friends gathered and succeeded in placing the newly-weds in a calf rack and gave them a "joy" ride about the town, finally bringing up on the public square where they were given their liberty.  The young people have begun housekeeping in the Henry Apartments adjacent to the public school building and start out on the matrimonial bark with the well wishes of their many friends.

07 August 1915, Vol. 62, No. 37

The marriage of Miss Ethel Jeffrey of Plymouth and Roy Hostetler of Cleveland, was celebrated this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of the bride's aunt, Emma E. Bowman, 236 W. Fourth Street, Rev. E.M. McMillin officiating.  Miss Jeffrey is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. W.A. Jeffrey.  Mr. Hostetler has a prominent position in the general offices of the Erie railroad at Cleveland.  Mr. & Mrs. Hostetler will reside in the fashionable Burgoyne Apartments, Cleveland.  -- as re-printed from the Mansfield News.

A marriage license was issued in the Richland County probate court Tuesday to Alfred W. Stewart of Portsmouth, and Miss Sylvia Barnes of Shiloh, the latter of whom is well known in this place.

13 November 1915, Vol. 62, No. 51

At the beautiful and spacious home of Mr. & Mrs. Chas. E. Heath, on Plymouth Street, at 4:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, occurred a very impressive wedding ceremony, which united two loving hearts in the holy bonds of wedlock, the contracting parties being Marian Cynthia Heath, and Everette C. Krueger, of Cleveland, Ohio.  [a further account of this wedding can be found in the original paper]

18 December 1915, Vol. 63, No. 4

Herman Arista Thomas, 22, salesman of Norwalk, and Miss Ruth E. Andrews, 22, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Geo. Andrews, of this city, and who for several months has been one of the "hello" girls in the telephone exchange at Chicago Junction, were united in marriage at the M.E. parsonage in this place by Rev. Chas. F. Mott, Sunday evening, Dec. 12.  The young people will take up their home in Norwalk, into which they will carry the congratulations of a large host of friends.

25 December 1915, Vol. 63, No. 5

A marriage license was issued in the Richland County Probate Court Tuesday to John Russell Snyder and Hazel Brodhead, all of Plymouth Township.
