Reconstructed Infirmary Records, Richland County, Ohio, 1845-1955 (2005) by Jan Purvis and published by the Richland County Genealogical Society. Fires in 1878 and 1924 destroyed the infirmary and many records. The author has used surviving records and information from various alternate sources, such as census records and area cemetery books for the information included. There are columns for name, age, sex, nativity, usual residence, date of admission, reason for admission and misc. notes, such as place of burial, cause of death, parents, etc. The publication is spiral bound and printed in landscape format.
