- I am looking for Harry Henry HATHAWAY, born 1/19/1887 in
Binghamton, New York I believe. He was committed to a State Mental
Hospital, I do not have the name but it should be near the Ravenna,
Freedom area. I believe that he died there probably the early
1950's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to
locate his death record. I am also looking for death records for my
great-grandparents. Carrie Louise Corson CHALKER, born l/9/1865 and
died at Freedom, OH 10/7/1939. Charles W. CHALKER, his middle name
may be Warren - this is all I know about him.

- I'm not sure where to find this. My gr. gr. grandfather, John
Young PEARSON, of Edinburgh, Portage, Ohio, worked in Washington, DC
during the Civil War, on the railroad, I think. There is no pension
for him, but I would think there would be an enlistment paper. He
was 41 years old in 1863. I know the enlistment paper won't tell me
much, but it will help document his life. Thanks
