Mrs. Nancy Patterson
Mrs. Nancy Patterson, one of the pioneers of the county passed to the great beyond last Friday at her home on Buchanan Pike,
five miles from Waverly. Mrs. Patterson was 75 years of age.
Interment was made in the Fairview Cemetery at Yankee Hill. There remains to mourn their loss, five children; Joseph and James,
Mrs. Buchanan, Mrs. Frisbie and Mrs. Pauley, besides several grandchildren.
Note: Nancy Patterson was born 3 March 1840 in Ohio to Joseph Jenkins and Elizabeth Cummins. She died 14 May 1915 in Pike Co, Oh.
Cause--hemmorage of bowel. Informant on Death certificate was Joseph Patterson
