Funeral services for Mrs Ben Adams , who died at her home in Piketon, Monday night, January 19th, about ten o'clock, following a month's illness from uraemic poisoning, were held at the late home last Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock.
, who died at her home in Piketon, Monday night, January 19th, about ten o'clock, following a month's illness from uraemic poisoning, were held at the late home last Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock. Burial was made in the Mound Cemetery. Rev. A. S. Davison, pastor of the Piketon M. E. Church, delivered the funeral sermon. She was a good Christian woman, being a member of the Church of Christ in Christian Union. Deceased was 42 years of age and is survived by her husband, Benjamin Adams, two sons; Ben and Martin, at home, two daughters, Mrs. Margaret Argabright of Columbus, and Eliza, at home. She is also survived by one sister, Merle, three brothers, Joseph and Philip, at home, and David, who resides at Dayton, Ohio. (note - possible Mary E. Adams)
