Pike County, Ohio
Is located in Beavertown. It was organized July 10, 1886, and named in memory of Wilson Picket Westfall. He was born in Marion Township, Pike County, March 26, 1841, son of Wilson & Catharine Westfall. September 3, 1861, he enlisted in Company E, 33rd Ohio Volunteer Infantry, in the ranks, and he never lost a day’s service until the end. In November, 1863, he was killed by a mine-ball, at Chattanooga, Tennessee, and buried on the field.
