The funeral of John J. O'Brien, 37 years old, who died Wednesday, will be held Saturday morning at 7:30 o'clock from the residence of his sister, Mrs. Fred Hillyard, 21 North Findlay street, and at 8 o'clock from the Holy Family church. Burial will be made in Calvary cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Nora O'Connor, who died Sunday at her late residence, 218 Adams street, were conducted Wednesday morning at 8 o'clock in the Sacred Heart church. Burial was made in Calvary cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ora O�Neal, 31, and her infant daughter, Mildred, who died Wednesday at the St. Elizabeth hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the McLin funeral home with burial in Woodland cemetery. The infant died of asphyxiation at birth at the parents� residence, 225 Krug st., and the mother died at St. Elizabeth hospital of pneumonia. Surviving are her husband, David, and her father, James Hubbard, of Bedford, Va.

Remains of Mrs. Catherine O'Neill were interred in Calvary cemetery Wednesday morning, following the funeral at 7:30 o'clock from the residence, 16 Linden avenue, and at 8 o'clock at St. Joseph's church.

William H. O'Ryan, 62, died Sunday evening at 8:10 o'clock at the residence, 45 East Sherman street. He was ill with Bright's disease for several months. He was a plasterer by trade. For many years he had lived in the southeastern part of the city, where he was highly respected. Surviving him are his wife, son and daughter.

Funeral servides will be held Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at the residence, and burial will be made in Woodland cemetery.

O'TOOLE, Jonathan M., age 37, of Dayton, died Thursday. He was associated with Eastway Mental Health District, graduated from Colonel White H.S. & University of Dayton. Funeral services for Mrs. Celia Office, 66, of 310 Cambridge av., who died Wednesday, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at the home. Burial will be in the K. K. House of Jacob cemetery.

Mrs. Margaret Ohmer, mother of Michael, Nicholas, George and August Ohmer, died last night from the infirmities of old age. She was born at Burspang, Loraine, France, and came to this country in 1830, and has lived in or near Dayton since the spring of 1836.

The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Olt, 76, who died at 6:30 o'clock on Tuesday morning at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Forrest Thompson, 717 Euclid av., will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Haller's church. Burial will be made at Haller's cemetery.

She was the wife of the late John Olt. Before her marriage she was Elizabeth Stauffer, the daughter of David Stauffer. She was the last survivor of the David Stauffer family.

All her life had been spent in Montgomery county. Her death came after an illness of bronchial and heart trouble. She leaves six sons, four daughters, 23 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The sad announcement was made from Deaconess hospital shortly after 1 o'clock this morning of the death of John P. Olt, who has been at that institution for several months, a sufferer from dropsy and liver trouble. Mr. Olt was one among the most popular young men of this city and the news of his death will be received with universal sorrow. He had been showing evidences of declining health during the last few years and while the announcement of his death will not create great surprise, it will prove bitter intelligence to many who were attached to him with ties of strong friendship.

During the term of office of Judge John W. Kreitzer as probate judge, Mr. Olt was his chief deputy, and it was in this position that the affable manner and gentlemanly qualities that characterized him first became widely known, and here his true worth was first realized. He was uniformly courteous and every one came to appreciate his kind and accommodating manner. A few years later he was nominated by his Democratic party for county clerk. Notwithstanding the fact that the county had been giving large majorities to the Republican ticket, this was almost entirely eradicated, and it was by a very small majority that he was defeated, although it was thought that the county at that time was hopelessly lost to the Democratic ticket.

Mr. Olt was 41 years of age and is survived by two sisters and three brothers as follows: Mrs. William Stickle, Mrs. Emma Mueller and Messrs. Michael Olt, William T. Olt and Frederick Olt.

Citizen of Sterling Worth Summoned to the Home Eternal When George Opdyke Passed Over Border

After an illness of a year's duration, George Opdyke died at 8:30 Monday morning at his home, Sixth and Logan streets. For several months his condition was such that the end was momentarily expected, but a relapse suffered on Thursday terminated in his passing away after several days of intense sufferings.

Mr. Opdyke was well known, having been in the shoe business in Dayton practically all his life. He was born in Little York and when a mere boy came to the city with his father.

For the past several years he had been retired. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Harvey Opdyke, there being no children.

The deceased was a man of sterling character, of strong convictions and naught can be said against him as a husband or a citizen. Though death came as a gracious relief to weeks and months of suffering from Bright's disease, his death is mourned by a legion of friends. The funeral will be held from the late residence, Sixth and Logan streets, Wednesday afternoon. The Rev. W. P:. Miller, pastor of the Park Presbyterian church, of which the deceased was a devoted member, will conduct the service.

ORCHARD, Alexander, age 85 of 310 S. Patterson Blvd. passed away Sunday at Miami Valley Hospital. He is survived by his wife Stella. He was retired, formerly employed as a brick mason. He was a member of Jehovah Witnesses, Northeast unit, and brick mason local no. 22. Funeral services 1 pm Wednesday at the Tobias Funeral Home, 648 Watervliet Ave. Mr. Lester Pierce officiating. Oscherwitz Rites Will Be Sunday

Funeral services for Oscar Oscherwitz, 64, who died at 12:10 a.m. Friday at his home, 118 Hickory st., after a long illness, will be conducted from the residence Sunday at 1:30 p.m. Burial will be in the K. K. House of Abraham cemetery.

A retired fruit dealer, Oscherwitz had been a resident of Dayton for the past 40 years. He was a member of the K. K. House of Abraham cemetery.

Surviving are his widow, Ida; two sons, Meyer and Eugene, of Cordell, Okla; four daughters, Freda, Washington, D. C., and Esther, Anna and Mrs. Arthur Weinrich, all of Dayton; a brother, Max, and one sister, Mrs. Ella Cohen, also of Dayton.

Frederick N. Osborn of 24 Brady st. died at 3:30 p.m. Friday at his home.� He was 86.� A resident of Dayton 42 years, Mr. Osborn was a native of Warren county and was a retired carpenter.� He was a member of the Christian church here. Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Lucille Rose of Dayton; five other nieces and two nephews.

Services and burial were held Thursday in San Diego, Cal., for Mrs. Lola Studebaker Owen, 49, formerly of Dayton, who died Tuesday in San Diego. Surviving are the husband, Irwin H. Owen, representative of the Wright Field Engineering Co. of Dayton, and three children, Louise, Richard and Mariana Owen.

Charlie Owens, 54, of 422 College St., died Tuesday. He was a molder at the GHR Foundry division, Dayton Malleable Iron Co.

Survivors: wife, Vashti, and two sisters.
