Looking for info on my grandfather, Michael Heindl, born Jan 1876 in Dayton, OH, died March 1950 in Dayton, OH. His father John, born about 1826 in Bavaria, Germany; His mother - ? died before 1880; 1 sister, Barbara, born 1866 in Bavaria). Michael married 1st Bessie Sigler, June 1906 (she died 1907). 2nd wife, Mary Ledden, 1911 (1 son Charles, born July 1912 in Dayton). Michael buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Dayton, OH. Any help appreciated.

PIERCE, PAYNE, RUSH
 PIERCE sisters from Culpeper Co., Va. - Lucy PIERCE - married C.H. Davis in Dayton, Oh. on 5 Mar., 1908. Sarah Ella PIERCE - died in Dayton, Oh. on 21 Nov. 1928. She
married William O. PAYNE. Children listed in obituary were Olive PAYNE of Dayton and J.T. PAYNE of Franklin, Oh. Rosa PIERCE - married C.H. RUSH. She died before 1940. Only known child  Cornell RUSH died in Dayton in April, 1980.

I am looking for information on Franklin Pierce West and his wife Lillian Maud Salsbury and their children Novena, Helen, Mary-Louise, Queena, Emeline (or Emily) and Alice - all girls. John Livingston, Sr. originally from Rockingham Co., WV married Margaret May of PA. Their children were born in Rockingham Co.,WV. They had the following children: Henry H., B. August 2, 1826, John, Jr. B. February 9, 1831 and Samuel B. @1833. Henry H. married Sarah Garwood on April 22, 1848, Perry Township, Montgomery Co., OH, his brother,John Jr. married Ann Rebecca Vance on March 6, 1857 in Montgomery Co., OH. Samuel b.1813 m. mid-1800s Nancy ? b.1823 lived in Greene Co. Oh. Son Charles b. abt 1850 m. Ellen STOUP. They had 3 girls who's married names were, Mary A
BEARER, Julia Bell BAILY, Effie Mae BEAR, and 4 boys Albert, Rueben, Earle, Clarence. Albert b. 9-4-1879 m. Laura Mae WALKER b. 2-28-1886, in Dayton, Oh in 1903. Most of their descendents still live in Dayton. I have information on their descendents but nothing on their ancestors. Help on any of these names would be appreciated.

He married 2nd Annette SHELL. Unverified info says Joseph's   parents were Joseph Markwood RHEUBLE and Louisa SHERMAN, possibly from West VA. Have little info on this line at this time.

MUMMA
I am trying to identify all Mumma's who have lived in Dayton Ohio.  This information will be used to update Robert Moomaw's book        "Moomaw-Mumma-Mumaw-Mumaugh Genealogy" 1990. The first  Mummas arrived in Dayton in 1827. I am researching my BREEN ancestors. In documents I found in Warren County Probate Court, my g-grandfather, DANIEL BREEN was committed to the Dayton State Hospital in about 1906. Is the hospital still there and ,if so, is it still called Dayton State Hospital? I would like to write them inquiring information, etc. Thank you for any information.

DENNIS ROSS WEAVER son of ISAAC (ISIC) J. WEAVER AND ANNA ?? MAYBE CROWELL. They all lived in Dayton area from 1900 until Dennis died 1953. Dennis married CLARA BELL COTTRELL, KELLY about 1900. CLARA BELLE WEAVER Born in
Darke Cty, She died in Dayton, Ohio in 1952. The 1910 census shows me that Isaac was 60 years old and his wife Anna was 54 Yrs old, had been married 30 years This was Brookville Historical Society, Randolph Township, Montgomery Cty, Ohio. If any one has information on Isaac and Anna Weaver, I would sure appreciate it. They are my great grandparents. Dennis was born in Lewisburg, Ohio and really think his father Isaac was as well. WEST, KOMENDO
Wilbur WEST was b. 3 Dec 1902, in Dayton. He lived there until he moved to Indianapolis in the mid- forties. He was employed in Dayton and in Indianapolis as a truck driver. He Indiana he drove for Kingan's Meat. He was married twice. He had two sons by his first wife, one named Wilbur WEST. By his second wife, Helen     KOMENDO, he had a son, Wilbur WEST (b. C1950) and a daughter, Julia Mae WEST, born 26 Dec 1952. The second Wilbur, Jr. is living in, or around Louisville, KY. Wilbur, Sr. died in 1960 in Indianapolis. Any information would be great.

George R. LARKIN m.Florence MARTIN 25 Oct 1919, had son Darrell R. LARKIN who m. Janet INGERSOLL, 1976; also a daughter and another son. George we believe was officer in military, and family lived in or near Dayton, OH. Florence is the dau of Carl A. MARTIN and Bessie Mae SHAW, of Brown Co, OH was raised by my great-grandparents, David SHREVE and Helenor "Ella" KENDALL, of Russellville, and Norwood, OH. Any info-rmation on George and Florence LARKIN and family greatly appreciated.

I am looking for information about our Angel family in Montgomery Co. OH. David Angel (1799-1864) might have been born in Montgomery Co. about 1799. He married Adeline Portor(Porter) (1801-1877) bef 1824 when Rebecca Angel (1824-1912) was born, possibly also in Montgomery Co. OH. This family also had connections in Darke Co. where Rebecca married John Studabaker in 1839. They went on to live in Wells Co. IN.

Looking for any information on ancestors KOHLER.  All came from Germany. Dayton death records indicate arrival in area around 1830-35. John George/ George John, Franzisca, Anna, Sophia, Louisa, Charles, Rose, Joseph George, Marie Margaret. In the mid 1800's the family resided at 311 S. Ludlow. Any information appreciated.
