On 28 Aug 1869, Franklin Owen deposed that he was over 21 years of age and had no living wife; that Lizzie Treon was over 18 with no lawful living husband and knew of no objection to their marriage. (Montgomery Co.) Also in Montgomery Co. on 9 Sep 1869 they were wed (Franklin J. Owen and Elizabeth Treon) by C. Albrecht, Pastor, Ev. Lutheran Church, Miamisburg, OH (affidavit sworn and dated 2 Feb 1894)
